AI: What It Can (and Can’t) Do for Your Work—Right Now

Artificial Intelligence is everywhere—but separating real capability from hype has never been more important. This session offers a practical, no-nonsense look at what AI actually does well, where its limitations still matter, and how leaders and teams can use it responsibly and effectively today.

We’ll break down the critical distinction between AI augmentation and AI labor replacement. AI augmentation focuses on using tools like ChatGPT and other AI assistants to increase efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance human work—without replacing it. In contrast, AI labor replacement aims to automate specific tasks or roles altogether, and requires a very different strategy, risk tolerance, and operational mindset.

Through real-world examples and accessible demonstrations, this session will:

-Clarify common myths and misinformation surrounding AI

-Highlight practical AI tools that can immediately improve productivity

-Explore which tasks and duties are realistic candidates for automation—and which are not

-Help you make smarter decisions about where AI fits into your organization today

Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already experimenting with AI, this conversation will leave you with a clearer understanding of how to cut through the noise and apply AI in ways that actually deliver value.

About Zac Cramer

Zac Cramer ("The AI Realist") works with AI technology daily to get more done by augmenting the strengths of their team members and replacing entire jobs with virtual teammates. Zac understands the gap between that breathless YouTube video you watched about AI's potential and what it actually delivers today. It's not "Jarvis" from Iron Man, but it's pretty freaking rad. Also it breaks, a lot, all the time. Realist, remember?

Zac is owned by a cat, and is a Certified EOS Implementer the rest of the time.

Execution Day with Greg Crabtree

One common challenge that quietly sneaks up on successful growth companies is the subtle transition from excellent, precise execution to passivity, complacency, and eventually poor execution disciplines.

Have you thought about your business EXECUTION lately?
