We'll kick off the day at 2:00 PM with an interactive workshop led by Dan focused on How to Grow Enterprise Value as a Small Business Owner. Whether you're years away from an exit or simply want to build a stronger, more valuable business, this session will provide practical strategies you can apply immediately.
Following the workshop, we'll transition into an Oktoberfest-inspired social where EO and YPO members can enjoy local brews, light bites, and great conversation in a relaxed setting. It's the perfect opportunity to continue the discussion, strengthen existing relationships, meet newer members, and celebrate the start of fall with fellow entrepreneurs.

Join EO Wisconsin for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at Palermo’s Pizza, one of the most recognized frozen pizza manufacturers in the United States.
Hosted at Palermo’s headquarters in Milwaukee, this intimate event will include a mezzanine tour of the facility, lunch, and an engaging discussion with Giacomo Fallucca, CEO & Chairman of the Board, and Jasper Fallucca, VP of Business Development.
Together, Giacomo and Jasper will share the story behind Palermo’s growth from a family business founded in 1964 to an industry-leading brand portfolio that includes Palermo’s® Pizza, Screamin’ Sicilian™, Urban Pie Pizza Co.™, and Connie’s® Pizza. Attendees will hear firsthand about the company’s challenges, growing pains, innovations, and successes, along with the unique perspectives that come from leading a third-generation, privately held business.
